Users of Bitcoin Cloud Mining can request permanent deletion of their account and related data.

How to delete your account:

1. Send an email from your registered email address to:

3. Mention your registered email or user ID

Deletion process:

• Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7–30 days

• Some data may be retained if required by law or for fraud prevention
